Hatha Yoga
These classes are accessible to everybody and every body! Conscious, intelligent movement through yoga asana to change your body at a cellular level, giving you ease and freedom of moment in everyday life.
We work to release areas of tightness and restriction which can often pull your body out of alignment. My experience in pre and postnatal teaching informs my classes in how to work from the inside out, progressing into more challenging asana only when your body is ready.
Pranayama/breathwork inquiries still the mind and bring a deeply restorative element to the work we do in class.

Having taken a career break to have my third daughter, I am now getting back to my teaching and am delighted to be collaborating with Kerry at Indigo Yoga. From January I will be teaching a Flow class with more classes to come in 2024! For more information please click here.
